Once seminar participants can identify a listener's "color type", the more readily they quickly can frame their communication in a manner that is well received by the listener. And listeners, as well, learn to better understand questions, assignments and directives, when they understand the "color" of the speaker's language. Twenty people required for a seminar; optimal is 40-60 with maximum of 100 people in one session. Maximum of three sessions per day.
